Place numbered tiles to fortify your army or capture the opponent.
Each turn you receive a numbered tile to place on any unoccupied space. Tiles placed next to an ally tile will strengthen your defenses. Tiles placed next to an enemy's tile will capture it, provided the number on your tile is higher.
